I am a Helper and Guide supporting you
in your inquiry to know yourself as Whole, and to bring together
the excluded, missing and separate within and without.

I am Not here to Fix you or Save you.
My intention is for you to gain Self-Sufficiency in Your Body’s Organic Process of Self-Regulation.
I walk with you for as long as you wish for me to, and at the pace that you choose to.

MY ROLE AS A HELPER - GUIDE - MENTOR

“Every life is born with a unique life compass. My role is to accompany you in retrieving yours."
"

My primary role as a helper-guide is to create a space of Compassion, Curiosity, and Attuned Empathetic Abiding Presence that supports you (in one-on-one and group setting) to inquire into the systemic and relational origins of your triggers (wounding), include and agree to the coping, adaptations and addictions mirroring your disconnection (trauma) from life essence, locating your unique life compass to live your essence, and taking your place in life – exactly as you are.

My Knowing Field of Helping is in-formed by the philosophy of Compassionate Inquiry (CI), Family Systems Constellation, Polyvagal Theory, and Yoga Philosophy within which I navigate various tools and methods as and when the need emerges. These include Yoga, Breathwork, Mindfulness, Emotional Freedom Tapping, Expressive Arts, Guided Visualization, Ritual making, Jhin Shin Jyutzu, and more. This journey is more about feeling and sensing than understanding.

MY APPROACH IS BODY-BASED PHENOMENOLOGICAL & SYSTEMIC.

This is a journey of Radical Inclusion and Consistent Remembrance. The body we inhabit is a gift from our ancestors. Everything and Everyone is held, remembered, and stored in our physical body. In the here and now, it lives, moves, and speaks unconsciously. This holding is epigenetic, intergenerational, and transgenerational. It is individual, ancestral, and collective. Its roots go back in time. In our time together, we will make space and time to know this as it appears in our bodies, feelings, thoughts, perceptions, and stories. We may use words, figures, and images to place it. We will learn to name the missing, the absent, and the excluded. The more we develop conscious presence to include this with compassion, curiosity and connection, slowly we will also, find the ability to locate and arrive fully into our essence – our Individual Connected Self.

You will not be alone in this. I will be with you on this journey.

That requires me to stay tuned with my own interpersonal neuro-biological awareness, be human in my vulnerability, take 100% responsibility for my own exclusions and absences that may surface in the moment, staying present and attuned to my self-regulatory capacity of stepping up and down the Polyvagal Ladder, knowing how far we may go, and when to stop. I will call upon that when needed. Know that I have the support in place to deal with my process. You never have to step in to protect or help me. You are free, and I am also, free to not be bound and entangled with each other in this process.

THE PROCESS OF HEALING TRAUMA

Trauma Healing is a slow long-term process. It cannot be hurried because “too much” happening “too fast” without being given the time to process (“too soon”) is the cause of trauma in the first place. What you need to know is that in-roads to trauma may lead to childhood. So the journey of healing trauma requires more than one session. Plan to give yourself that commitment as and when it arises in you.

Therapy is a conscious process of learning to become present to all aspects of oneself – parts that we resonate with and parts that we resist, hide from, suppress, repress, etc, and learning to give everything a place and ask at the table to be seen, acknowledged, and remembered. You are an active participant in your healing journey. It is an everyday every moment journey of supporting oneself through new somatic responses. My role as a therapist is to hold space, and walk with you at your pace. You direct your process, not me.

Therapy can be chosen weekly, biweekly or monthly. You are encouraged to keep a reflection journal as part of your process.
It will support you to reflect on the unfolding, and the inner movements that open up for you. You can write – draw – doddle – scribble down your triggers, thoughts, feelings, memories, perceptions – just about anything in it. You can make your journal your best friend.

THE KNOWING FIELD THAT GUIDES MY HELPING

IMG-20190601-WA0016
The foundational roots of my Soul’s Knowing and Guiding Awareness is anchored within the expansive depth and breadth of the Yogic and Earth-Informed Dark-Light Cyclic Wisdom of India. I stand in the lineage of my Birth Ancestors, and the Lineage of Various Gurus and Seers through whose Grace this Wisdom keeps opening, refining, deepening, and expanding within me. I am in a continuous process of remembering, re-informing, and including its essence through a phenomenological Path of Awareness.

The Philosophy of Family constellation is a Path of Awareness developed by Bert Hellinger expands our knowing to bring together, and include that which has been separated both inside of us and within our family system and groups. The methodology of FC works with Energy (The Knowing field), Orders (Principles of relationships & Bonds of Conscience), and Facts to bring conscious inquiry, awareness, remembrance and inclusion to the stuck, bonded, and entangled image we carry of ourselves and the way we repeat, re-enact, re-act systemic patterns in our life and relationships. I am trained by Spanda (Bangalore) – Ochre (Ireland), and stand in the lineage of Bert Gellinger, Colette Green (Founder – Ochre), and Annie Cariapa (Founder – Spanda) – my teachers of this wisdom.

Compassionate Inquiry is a psychosomatic therapeutic approach created by Dr. Gabor Maté, and developed by Sat Dharam Kaur ND. It reveals what lies beneath the appearance we present to the world. Using Compassionate Inquiry, the therapist unveils the level of consciousness, mental climate, hidden assumptions, implicit memories and body states that form the real message that words both express and conceal. Through Compassionate Inquiry, the client can recognize the unconscious dynamics that run their lives and how to liberate themselves from them. I am currently in Online Professional Training.

“When the family has been brought into natural order, the individual can leave it behind while still feeling the strength of the family supporting him or her. Only when the connection to the family is acknowledged, and the person’s responsibility seen clearly and then distributed, can the individual feel unburdened and go about his or her personal affairs without anything from the past weighing him/her down or holding him/her back.”
– Bert Hellinger
